Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our returns and refunds process is designed to be simple and fair.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for inspection and, where applicable, a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
