Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days once payment has been confirmed.

• Orders placed over weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Partner & Tracking

• Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s most reliable courier services.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel in real time.

3. Delivery Coverage & Timeframes

• We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

• Standard delivery is typically completed within 2-4 working days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

4. Accuracy of Delivery Information

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

• We cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Missed Deliveries

• If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier may attempt a redelivery or request that the parcel be collected from a nearby branch.

6. Delivery Delays

• While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to strikes, severe weather, courier backlogs, or other unforeseen events.

• Should this happen, we will communicate any significant delays as quickly as possible.

7. Return to Sender

• Parcels that are returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may incur additional fees if reshipment is required.

8. Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday–Friday) will be processed and handed over to our courier on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.
